SINGLE SIDE

A single side PCB uses different basic materials: phenolic, epoxy, ceramic. The applications of these PCBs are mainly for the Household Appliance and automotive field. They have simple technical features but can have critical mechanical tolerances.

DOUBLE SIDE

The double-side PCB uses professional base materials, identify as FR4, with plated through holes. FR4 with standard thermal gradient (TG), for us is 135°. Related to the different applications, and on Customer demands, we can use different TG, 150° / 170° and 180°, till the high TG of 200°. Where heat dissipation is required, HTC or Thermal Clad materials are suggested. Both can be used for any application.

MULTILAYER

Base material FR4 with TG of 135° (standard) going up to high TG of 200° or with high frequency materials (sequential build-up).
Multilayers can be used for any kind of  electronic product and let to satisfy high complex board.

FLEXIBLE
Circuits

The basic material is polyamide, combined with FR4 for the rigid-flexible PCBs.
We can start from the double-side FR4 combined with a single side of the Kapton part, up to the 8-layers FR4 combined with a 4-layers Kapton.
These products are used in various fields and can satisfy very particular technology request.

ALUMINUM
Circuits

The basic material is aluminum, also known as IMS (Insulated Metal Substrates). It is used for applications dedicated to the lighting and automotive field; this solution allows to have heat dissipation on the PCB, inproving the shelf-life and brightness of the LEDs used.
